- 01We do only accept reservation from Homepage, please check our service plans and make a reservation with "BOOK NOW" button.
- 02Walk in is available when it is not busy. But making reservation in advance during busy period like March, April, November, December or weekend or national holidays is always recommended.
- 03Changing plans is available on your visiting day. Maybe you can choose a plan you are interested when you make a reservation. Only Set Plan is a limited plan, which is available only to the [pre-ordered] customer. Changing from other plan to this plan is not possible. (Please make sure the number of people who needs the service, cancellation on the day will cost cancellation fee)
- 04For [kimono rental service] : Cancellation costs no charge until 6pm on the day before your reservation. Cancellation made after that will cause a cancellation charge. (3,300JPY / person) For [Photo service] : Cancellation costs no charge until 6pm 3 days before your reservation. Cancellation made after that will cause a cancellation charge. (10,000JPY / session)

- 06For [kimono rental service] : Date can be changed until 6pm on the day before your reservation. Kimono plans can be changed on the day you visit.(Set plan need pre order) For [Photo service] : Please contact us to cancel the original reservation and then send us another request.
- 07Service for big group is available. If your time is limited, please let us know what time do you want to be ready in advance.
