  • Do you have anything to prepare?
    We have everything you need, including tabi socks, kimono underwear, kimono bags, and sandals, so please feel free to come empty-handed.
  • Can I rent a car even if it rains or is in bad weather?
    Rentals are available even in the rain or snow.However, in the case of storms, heavy snow, typhoons, etc., we may refuse to rent.
  • 大きいサイズはありますか?
    セレクトプランは3Lサイズまで、男性プランは4Lサイズまでご用意しております。 その他の大人用のプランには大きいサイズがございません。
  • Can I bring in boots, lace collars, etc.?
    Yes. Small items can be brought in free of charge.If you want to wear boots, heels, or other footwear other than zori or clogs, please let the staff know before putting them on.We may not be able to accommodate some small items. If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance.
  • I am pregnant, can I rent a kimono?
    Sorry.We do not allow customers who are pregnant to wear Kimono.

    Currently, the return time is 18:00. Please note that an extension fee (550 yen per person in 15 minute increments) will be incurred if the time is exceeded.
  • What happens if I return the item late?
    Our rental time is until 18:00. About the extension fee, it will be an extension fee of 550 yen every 15 minutes. The rental extension is until 19:00. Please note that if you return it later than 19:00, it will be treated as returned the next day.
  • Can I return it the next day?
    Yes, if you pay 2000 yen for the next day, you can return it the next day. (In the case of Homongi and Furisode, the fee will change the next day) Also, please return it by 12:00 the next day.   • Can I return the parcel by courier?

  • What should I do if it gets dirty?
    If the kimono cannot be repaired due to the customer's negligence, such as cigarette burn holes, loss, excessive stains or damage, we will charge 7000 yen. Please handle the kimono carefully (Furisode plan, Homonki plan and Togetsu plan may cost more than 7,000 yen)
  • Can you keep my luggage?
    Only those who have rented at our store can keep their baggage and 1 carry case free of charge. *500 yen will be charged for each additional carry case.(Example) When depositing 3 carry cases Fee: 1,000 yen
  • Lost item
    We will keep it for a week.If the period has passed, we will dispose of it.
  • What kind of payment methods are there?

  • When do I have to pay the rental fee?

  • Can I designate a photographer?
    Sorry, we can't appoint a photographer because the photographer who will be at work on the day will take the pictures.
  • Is the shooting location limited to Arashiyama?
    I'm sorry, but at this stage, it is only possible to shoot in the Arashiyama area.
  • How is shooting time calculated?
    The shooting time is calculated from when you arrive at your desired shooting location and when the photographer starts taking pictures. Example: If you want to shoot for 15 minutes at Saga Bamboo Grove, it will be a 5-minute walk from Kyoran, a 15-minute shoot, and then dissolution. The time spent walking to the shooting location is not counted, but the travel time after the shooting starts and the waiting time due to customer's convenience are counted. note that.
  • Can I always get a photo?
    It will be delivered in one week. Delivery will be data delivery from email. Depending on the season and shooting plan, the time it takes to finish will change.
  • how do i get a picture
    For those who are not good with computers, we will transfer data from line. For those who are good at computers, we will use gigafile to make it possible to download. We can also put it in a USB memory and mail it to your address, but the shipping fee and USB merry fee (1000 yen) will be borne by the customer.
  • When is your regular holiday?
